We have a speed problem accessing the web server. Access to the web server
intranet) happens on a 10 MB LAN connection.

Often when starting a web browser it may take 60 sec to get the index.htm
page.

To speed up connection time, we have to restart HTTP with web manager. This
may take between 30 - 60 sec.  If we restart again after 2 sec it restarts
at once. Now for a time users can access the web server without delay.

After a short time thou, access time falls down to 60 sec.

All the latest patches are installed.

Cache utilization statistics:
Short term cache hits: 100%
Short term dirty hits: 100%
Allocate wait: 0
Allocate still waiting:0

Cache buffers: 61%
