You could call Novell. They have a NLM that will allow you to break into that
server. They will fax you a release form that needs to be signed by you or
your boss. This release just release's Novell from any liability. You would
then ftp this nlm from Novell. When loaded on the server it will give you a
long key code. You give that key code to the Novell Tech and he'll give you
the response code. You can then create a supervisor account or change the
password to the existing one. This is all done while you're on the phone with
the first person you talk to. Also one note, you won't get the same key code
everytime you run the NLM. So if you need to use it again you'll have to call
Novell again.
