Mine has an external PCMCIA CD-ROM drive, the HandBook was too small 
to have it internal. 
The drive won't read a CD-ROM that is written at more then 2x speed 
though. Something to do with the formatting. 

When a friend burns CD-ROMs for me, I make sure he remembers to burn 
them at the slower speed.
