VN> Well, by evening it was like nothing ever happened. The woman
Thats good news. It sounds like it was rougher on you than on the
horse.

Gee! Just what you need when you're already upset. We were recently
told about a study done by U. C. Davis that said that oil was more
effective for getting sand out of the system the psyllium. I didn't see
this study so I'm adding both. I get the psyllium at the health food
store though. Its cheaper, purer and the horses like it better. Figure
that one out I can't.

Sounds good to me.
> Hey, not to change the subject, but have you tried the large

In the craft shops you can buy a glove that fits either hand that you
might want to look into. It helps keeps the hands from cramping or
falling asleep and its not stiff so it doesn't annoy me when I'm driving
like my stiff brace does. I bought one recently and I'm really please
with it so far. I can wear it in a lot of places where the stiff one got
in the way or was dangerous.
I'm upping several vitamins, C, B and niacin among them. All of which
are suppose to help. My system doesn't handle sudden changes well so I'm
upping the dosages a little each week. I've more than tripled what I
was taking on all of them now. If I would quit reinjuring it it might
help. The week before last Dave's dog and I went to answer the door.
Mister Dog was in front but stopped to make sure that I was still behind
him and I tripped over him. The dog needs brake lights I jammed my
thumb, screwed the wrist up really bad this time the joint pops every
time I flex it and my fingers feel numb if I use my hand. I'm naturally
clutzy. The only time I've ever been coordinated in my life was on water
skies and in gymnastics. I'm not coordinated on horseback but I have
good survival skills.
