Duh! Try pushing adenosine through a 20g! I've had 2 seperate lines
blow on the same patient trying to get the adenosine in. Mind you, I'm
not talking blowing the vein - I mean the LINE. Broke completely in
half, spilling blood and fluid all over the place TWICE. Hehe. Not a
good day I was having...
Oh, and that was using a 18g. In the AC. And it was a very patent line.
