How's the above?  I left the LANG as nl_NL.utf8 in your case if that is okay. 
The time shown is accurate to at least a second.  I seriously doubt it is
accurate to the nanosecond precision shown but what the heck.  I am fairly
certain it is at least millisecond accuracy.  How about yours?

Excellent!  I wasn't 100% sure about the "Kinderen van tegenwoordig" part and
decided to add the sigh to the end to see if that helped express the intent. 
Did it make any difference?

Also I don't know how to sigh in Dutch.  :-/
