If you can point a DOS-like box at the BSO (via a network share, even), you
could use Bonk (the old BSO util) to drive the outbound.  Even a Binkley
non-fossil task would do.  Then there's the Argus trio: Argus, Radius, or
Taurus.  Probably more that I don't know of.
