Hey Nancy!

> Some people just aren't very forthcoming, I guess...

We'll see but I am not betting the farm on it. Also it really doesn't
matter unless of course it does matter which at present it doesn't.

For the mostpart telnet is better but I noticed issues when posting
preformatted messages. Not sure it was a display problem from the remote
or if indeed some wires got crossed in between. Didn't bother saving those
as I didn't want to chance it. The same messages had no such issues when
using the web interface on the same BBS. A proper offline reader/editor
would solve that methinks but if there is one for this particular BBS I
have yet to notice.

So far for the cheat I am using the web interface works best.

For sure. At the time I wasn't sure you could/would but now I do. I'll do
my best not to repeat the screwup.

> I think that some bbs softwares do allow that

Yes. I couldn't find a way in this instance.

Same with my current strategy but I need to be more careful.

Yep that is the usual case. Normally I filter things first but didn't in
that case other than the surrounding message. I notice your offline
reader/editor has no issues with where I am preformatting the word wrap. If
I do insert a 'grab' from another source in the future I'll do likewise
with it and everything should be 100%. That one was a quick and dirty
insert from another terminal and I got lazy.

As long as they advertise it somewhere on the internet where the Google bot
can find it, yes. Usually it takes about a week before the bot finds it
I've noticed. I imagine if the proper palms were greased things would
happen faster.

Life is good,
Maurice
