The patches to allow Squish to build under FreeBSD should be available as
of CVS tag Maximus3_03b (which is also the most recent "stable"
release). You can either grab it from the SourceForge CVS, or you can get
release 3.03b from the SourceForge file releases page, or
http://wes.zapto.org/~maximus. You need max-3.03-etc.tar.gz and
max-unix-3.03b.tar.gz
