  19-Oct-2004 23:28:33 Receiving '4175872c.req' (75b)
! 19-Oct-2004 23:28:33 SYS00002 'c:\argus\cdp\echo0002.zip' (El sistema no
puede hallar el archivo especificado)

That sounds like the file doesn't exist.

  19-Oct-2004 23:28:33 Starting "c:\argus\cdp\online\online.cmd 2:341/9999.374

Good, a CDP request has been understood and therefore a skript has been called.

  19-Oct-2004 23:28:33 Exit code = 1. Times (run/user/kernel) = 46/15/46 msec.

Exit code 1 seems to be an error, I don't know for sure, usually exit code
0 is ok (no error). You should look into the log file of that skript.

  19-Oct-2004 23:28:33 Scanning "c:\argus\#line1\*.cdn"

It lokks for the cdn file to be sent to the point...

  19-Oct-2004 23:28:33 Can't fulfill file request "ECHOLIST"

That is the echo0002.zip above.

  19-Oct-2004 23:28:33 Can't fulfill file request "BOXLIST"
  19-Oct-2004 23:28:33 Can't fulfill file request "NETZLIST"
  19-Oct-2004 23:28:33 Can't fulfill file request "NODETEXT"
  19-Oct-2004 23:28:33 Can't fulfill file request "PNT0002"
  19-Oct-2004 23:28:33 Total 1 requested file(s) attached

Only the nodelist was found.

  19-Oct-2004 23:28:33 Receiving '01760002.CDP' (591b)
  19-Oct-2004 23:28:33 Received 'C:\ARGUS\INSECURE\01760002.CDP'

Hmmm, that's a bit late. Maybe that's the problem, that the skript starts
too early when the cdp file hasn't been received, yet.

  19-Oct-2004 23:28:33 Executing command "c:\argus\cdp\offline\eintrag.cmd"

Or is that the CDP skript? I have no idea. Sorry, never used that CDP
package you have.

            ^^^^
Please see CDP spec (FSP-1016.003, you can get it from the FPD homepage,
but you should already have it in order to make your system CDP capable)
chapter 3.2.1. It's a temporary aka.

See ya,
