Hi was auditing this echo in the hope of obtaining some insight and info 
pertaining to Canada..I have a nephew who is being unjustly charged by his 
sister of rape that occurred, she states, 20 or more years ago..my niece is 
now 38 nad my nephew is 41..My niece has had a very checkered past and is not 
at all what you would define as emotionally stable...her memories and 
recolections of these rapes have become evident following a course on 
Prozac..that not so wonderful wonder drug....she has also been a member of an 
incest surviviors group and pn their say so she has confronted these "so 
calledmemories"..my poor npehew has been throufgh hell to say the least..his 
two daughters were taken from school and questioned and i believe 
examined..he is a well respected business man in a small town and this has 
almost done him in..thankfully he has a terrific wife..the rest of the family 
is alienating themselves from him...I however can't do it..he has told me 
that the law suit she has brought against him is ludicrous..his lawyer has 
all her medical records and feels that there is no substance to this case..in 
fact it was thrown out of one court already...the suit being pressed at 
present is a civil suit...I would be eternally gratefull for any info re 
VOCAL here in Canada or any advice anyone has to offer...how far back can 
someone go to acuse someone???? thanks in advance...
