 Well, a few years ago I stopped putting my names in my books/manuals
 cause they easier to sell when I wanted to get rid of them. If your new
 copy came without my name inside the front covers of the manuals,
 chances are it's my copy.....:)
 If only I had sent my order in a week or so earlier. Obviously my order
 got to MS Canada _after_ they pulled all their copies for Devcon.
 Hopefully I'll have it next week.....
