A lot of the problems I hear from the nurses are the facilities
protocols and a lot are just plainly not being able to get a physcian
to ok treatment.  Most doc's won't come in to see a pt. if there are
problems, the most they will do is say "ship them to the ER".  I have
seen a few nurses(is that steriotyping?) that look catatonic though, I
thought patients were supposed to be getting the Haldol, not the
nurses:>
