Not quite.  I am still seeing the 0xff before SUBJECT: but notice the '@'
character is now missing.  With the 0xff character still there then for sure
any decent utf8 program is going to claim that your above quoted statement is
100% wrong.  Get rid of it and the claim becomes 100% accurate.  One stinkin'
lousy 8-bit charater is corrupting all of your words, nevermind your
characters.  ;-)

Just out of curiousity, who/what is adding what appears to be a SUBJECT kludge?
