I'm at work, and my copy of Telix/DOS is at home so I can't test this,
but...
I believe this is a 4 digit field.  Examples of appropriate settings
would be;
baud=2400
baud=9600
baud=1920
baud=3840
baud=5760
I suspect any invalid entries would be interpreted as 2400.  Can't
comment if 11520 or 1152 (115200) is valid.
