Granted that you have a Rockwell chip based modem, using adapted Rockwell
software, the least significant bit of S95 when set will enable reporting
of modem to modem speed.     It is a bit mapped register.

The default is 46, i.e. modem to computer.  (Which for some strange reason
is faster, and makes a better bragging point for the first time user..:-)

Add one, and it's 47.

Your answer appears to be yes, granted all the above deduction is correct.
