Hello everybody.

Is it possible to compile and install huskylib, smapi, fidoconf, hpt, htick 
and sqpack on a system where one does not have root access.

or

Does one have to compile the binaries on another system, and then copy them to 
the required system, and if so, how does one deal with the location of 
libraries required.
