Someone else will have to confirm this, but are you making sure 
to fill out all your BlueWave path and file references in uppercase? 

BlueWave and BWREPFIX shouldn't be able to recognize long path and 
file names either. 

One of the drawbacks of running an old DOS 8.3 program under the 
newer operating systems.
