Perhaps 'unconfigured' was a bad choice of words.  All I know is that the page
upon first seeing it looks exactly the same as the default page Apache puts up
just after installation of it.

My caring about this subject is exactly nill.  I tend to avoid web based stuff
as a rule although sometimes it is impossible.  However this isn't one of those
times.

If facebook requires such dramatic fixes such as ridding it of javascript then
why would it be sad to not use it at all?
