FM> can GUARANTEE YOU that I have NEVER, EVER said any such thing - NEVER!!!
FM> I HAVE said (and it makes all the difference in the world, so listen

JB> Ah, you don't understand. I am not questioning, yet, the validity of
JB> that statement. However, do you not see the words:
JB> Man, as a PART of the reality in which he exists cannot KNOW THE FULL
JB> STRUCTURE OF REALITY
JB> as words about REALITY, man's nature, as he is part of REALITY. In
JB> addition, do you not see, the words "cannot KNOW THE FULL STRUCTURE OF
JB> REALITY" indicate FINALITY thus indicating that man at least is able to
JB> know a PART (yes not FULL) of the full structure of Reality. At best in
JB> keeping with man's inabilitity to KNOW THE FULL STRUCTURE OF REALITY",
JB> the best you could say would be:
JB> Man, as a PART of the reality in which he exists [*******will most
JB> likely not*****] KNOW THE FULL STRUCTURE OF REALITY.
No. Unless you and I are living in two entirely different universes my
characterization could hardly be wrong. In order to know the FULL STRUCTURE
OF REALITY history would have to come to an end, John, so that everything
hat
happens and is from BEGINNING TO END can be fully known to some observing
consciousness which has then vaulted from the ontologically determined
experience as a PARTICIPANT in reality to the experience of a KNOWER OF THE
WHOLE OF IT BECAUSE THE WHOLE HAS BEEN TRANSACTED AND NOW HAS ENDED. This
seems quite patent to me. I can quite confidently predict that no matter
ow
many pictures you draw me of the total structure of reality you can't know
such because you cannot by the very nature of your being experience it. To
think otherwise seems to me the height of folly and hubris.
Sincerely,
Frank
