   I just wanted to take a second and send my sincere thanks to everyone at 
Hayes for your wonderful SYSOP/ISP program.  I ordered a Hayes Optima 
usiness
Class modem via the Web Page form Last Thursday and the modem arrived at my 
house Monday afternoon.  Two working days from the time I placed my order to 
the time it arrived!  I have ordered modems from other manufacturers on thier 
programs and not had delivery within 4 months and Hayes does it in 2 days!
