Except if you happen to have opened up that REP and then saved it
again -- since the fix program alters the time/date stamp each time it
closes a REP, the replies would not be recognized as dupes the next
time you uploaded them.

It may well be that running from the RUN command runs in a different
directory than does running from the shortcut. Look at the
properties of the shortcut to see what directory it runs in. I just
did a test and things executed from the RUN command start out in the
directory c:\documents and settings\ . I'll bet that if
you navigate to that directory, you'll find a bunch of BWAVE
settings.
