You expressed some concern, Walter, about the Good Housekeeping seal of
approval. And from my position of antiquity, you're wise to be concerned.
Just thinking idly, have you ever seen an "approved" product that was _not_
advertised in GH?
What the Hearst Magazine Division is doing with _Popular Mechanics_ was, IMO,
foreshadowed by the GH Seal operation. The "quality" tools one finds on the
rack at Walgreen's now carry the "Popular Mechanics" logo! Alas, how some of
the old staffers must feel!
