I just found out about a new one (done by the same people that did Return to
Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory) have done Enemy Territory: Quake Wars.  It
was just released a few days ago.  But, it's supposed to be set in more of the
futuristic/Quake-esque world, rather than WW2 era stuff.

I've also seen that id is supposed to be working on a Return to Castle
Wolfenstein 2 using the engine/technology from Doom 3.  But, I don't think it's
been demonstrated anywhere yet.

Enemy Territory is still a lot of fun, though!  Also,
http://www.sauerbraten.org is a lot of fun as well (and free!).
