Most car speakers are between 3-4 ohms. Why would you want car speakers on a
home stereo? They'd sound ilke crap. Anyway, most likely, your reciever
will run a bit hotter, but you may fry it or blow its internal fuses... FWIW
though, I have a set of 6 ohm speakers hooked up to my reciever that has a
"Minimum 8 ohms" tag on it...
