subject: Disconnections

A regular occurance I've noticed with my Courier is that when a user logs off
my system and the modem disconnects, the speaker emits the dial tone followed
by a busy signal (which is what you would expect if you lifted a receiver off
its hook and held it there). Once the modem is reset with ATZ, all is fine.

Does anyone know what might be causing that? It's not consistent, but
happens frequently enough to be mildly annoying.
