setup sshd_config to listen on port 23

and remove telnet, then your bbs support ssl/tls

note dont enable sslv2/sslv3/tlsv1/tlsv1.1 try keep only tlsv1.2

if you have clients that cant use tlsv1.2 then you need to degrade sshd to
support this of older ssh standards
