Bingo!  That is why BillyG is so concerned about India moving towards Linux
and away from Windows.  Aside from being one of the few remaining growth
markets that he can exploit with his monopoly, BillyG also sees one of the
largest populations of software engineers in the world.  He would much
rather have those people slaves of the MS upgrade treadmill, than producing
usable software for the Open Source world.
