Look in the BWAVE\DATA directory. 
You should find the PKTSTATS.BW file in there. 
It should have the date of the last time you ran BW. 
This is where BW keeps track of the statistics for each packet. 
This file can get quite large over time. 

Since your's isn't working anyway, if that file is bigger then 10k, 
consider deleting it (or rename it) and see what happens.
