-=> Quoting Jean Parrot to Bruce Clark <=- JP> I atill can not save the "read" marks in any packet. They show JP> up on reading and replying. But if I close the mail packet then get JP> back to it, all is gone. Can you run by me again the steps involved JP> to have them solid ? I went into the "mark" option, tried it many JP> ways and always have the same results, so far. Thanks. Setup Configuration Global Mail Packet Options Packet list sort field Root Name Display archiver output Yes Pack replies at reader exit No Open reply warning at startup Yes Build QWK index files Always Automatic bulletin display No Automatic packet rename Yes Option menu at packet close No +-- Auto save pkt bookmarks Yes Look in the BWAVE\DATA directory. You should find the PKTSTATS.BW file in there. It should have the date of the last time you ran BW. This is where BW keeps track of the statistics for each packet. This file can get quite large over time. Since your's isn't working anyway, if that file is bigger then 10k, consider deleting it (or rename it) and see what happens. ___ Blue Wave/386 v2.30 --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5a* Origin: BBS Networks {at} www.bbsnets.com 808-839-6036 (1:10/345) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 5030/786 @PATH: 10/345 106/1 2000 633/267 |
