As a note, J. C. Wyant has an excellent set of lessons on the web for his
students.  Most of them are PDF files but there are also some basic
webpages.  The only problem is that he keeps updating the year in the
address so each year, the pages are moved.  He teaches two different
classes apparently and both classes are excellent in the material worked
with.
