The Buster-based Raspbian is still a 32-bit build... The foundation
insists that one downloadable image be usable on all generations of R-Pi.
On architecture difference is that the R-Pi 4B cores were "performance"
cores, while the R-Pi 3B/3B+ cores are "efficiency" architecture
