Does the by-law specifically state the "Yellow Pages"?  If not, you can 
probably promote your business address in another publication such as the 
newspaper or community Chamber of Commerce publications? 
As for the Yellow pages, why not just have "Call now for more details!"  and 
people can surely call and then you can give them the specific office address 
over the phone.
