Be advised that OC will have the intended effect on at least
90% of the population.  YOU are the exception, not the rule.
In my opinion, OC is for responding to LESS THAN deadly threats.
If you are responding to a *deadly* threat, and if you are in a
state that doesn't completely infringe your RTKBA, go straight
for your carry gun.
