Of course not, PC-DOS 6.1/6.3 was a different version. I have used all
versions since v5.0.

Same here except that the last page is numbered 600.

OTOH, programs and operating systems are often updated but usually no
new manual printed. Mostly you receive a text file describing changes
in the upgrade. That was also the case with the PC-DOS v7.3 upgrade
fos Y2K compability.
