That was more of a matter in how I expected the copy to work.  

I thought I was copying the *contents* of the directory and 
didn't realize I was coping the directory itself.  Thus, what 
was to be in  C:\bwave ended up in the directory C:\bwave\bwave   

BIF, I did the copying via a LAN
