the paperwork. :P

  Not sure, but they do allow "remote testing", like in some isolated
areas of Alaska. However, at least one, if not two VE's must be
present...and the other is monitoring via webcam from the VEC
Headquarters. The biggest thing is to be sure there is no
cheating...either on the part of the examiners or the examiness.
