   I just recently assumed the helm of the remains of the GARBAGE MAN TOURNEY
   (now renamed MOON-MAN TOURNEY) and I plan to start a new tournament VERY
   SOON which will be open to players from both echoes.  You and Lawrence
   Garvin are, of course, invited to participate as well!
