??  The documentation is with the software.  I thought it would have 
proliferated by now, but apparently not.  I'll put it on a CP/M diskette image 
and upload the .DSK file to the Yahoo Applecpm group this weekend.

My vote is to make this selectable.  The answer is "it depends". 
I have had 
the need for both configurations over the years.
