For vm02, I completely destroy LC2 and ProDOS continues to work (even 
with the appletalk network card).  Of course it kills the quit code so I 
have to reboot, but it appears that LC2 is mostly available.  Oliver has 
done a lot of investigation into using LC2 as well.

I think you'll run into problems with prefixes and other ProDOS only 
features.  I believe it also needs bigger buffers than DOS requires.
