Alan -
Look at the INJ cable and see if it has white insulation in the
connectors. The originals also had a tag on ONLY the INJ cable, and did
NOT use RG-62.
RG-62 will work, but is heavy, stiff and larger than the correct cable.
If you have a capacitance meter of some sort available, you can check
the capacitance of the cables and compare them with the values in the
note you referenced.
If you align the pair (actually only the INJ trimmer adjustments) with
the cables connecting them together you will find only slightly less
drive available to the transmitter when running transceive with receiver
PTO control if you use standard audio patch cable for the INJ line.
