 BC> Try the -#messages.

BC> I've found that the -#Days still suffers from the Y2K problem.

JB> Oh... Do I want to talk to you! This is in the QWK door?

Correct.

 JB> Syntax: "-#messages"
JB> Where I want to regress "-" the pointer back to message number
 JB> "#=number"?
 JB> When I said, "-#D" I was only thinking I could economize
on phosphor.
JB> I had no idea the repressed memory was still intact. It had to be the
JB> early nineties when I last used that combination of characters!

In the Door, when you select Areas to Download, it should have the
number of messages available in each Area.
Select how far back you want to go.
Example: if there are 1,000 mesages, but you only want the last 100
of them: "-100" after selecting messages.
Usually there are so few, that I just select all that are available.

JB> You wouldn't have a file on how to use the filebone on fido? Netmail
JB> could be working for me by the time you read this if so.

Sorry, no.
I never got into that.
