    * Diesel powered manufactured prior to 1998 or with a Gross Vehicle
    Weight rating (GVWR) of more than 14,000 lbs
    * Electric
    * Natural gas powered with a GVWR rating of more than 14,000 lbs.
    * Motorcycle
    * Trailer
