Have you tried loading inetcfg before you install Bordermanager to see if
it's associated with the use of inetcfg. Maybe border manager changes some
IPX/ IP advanced settings during it's installation. Do you use NWIP or just
IPX with TCP/IP bound as an additional protocol?
