I figured this out early in life by reading a lot of books.  Later on
got confirmation from some of them that I was on the right track.  We
used to provide both structure and discipline for children so that they
could learn to use their minds.  We gave that up.  Only by some hard
work of one kind or another does the ability to use the mind as the
receiver come to one.  Otherwise, we remain full of static and glaring
noise until the day we die.
And then no real inner healing is possible at all.
"Somewhere" I found and clipped out or downloaded information that we
actually have tiny magnets in our brains.  There is the metaphysical
school that says God is a universal intelligence that we can all learn
to tap into in time.
Whatever is out there is very useful when one is alone, at night, with a
unit full of sick humans.
Very useful indeed.
