I tried wcrepair before I reported the problem, it did not fix it.
The version I recently installed is Ver 5.5 Build 450.2 from disks I got back
in
2002.
The version of wcReports is from the original server I bought from MSI.
The upgrade in between (Ver 5.4 Build 499.3) I had an error when upgrading
wcReports and it did not complete the upgrade however, wcReports seemed
to be working fine so I didn't think anything of it.
I will need to upgrade as soon as I have the money anyway, because you
have made many improvements since Ver 5.5 Build 450.2 and I want to be up
to date.
The problem is most likely because the wcReports upgrade failed and I never
reported it or did anything about it so, that's my problem not yours.
When I have the money, I will upgrade to the latest w/wcReports.
Can you ask Andrea to give me a price to buy a CD-Upgrade from
Ver 5.5 Build 450.2 to the most recent upgrade? (when she has time)
Keep in mind that the wcReports on that upgrade will need to be a fresh
install because I believe the corrupted attempt in between is what caused
the problem.
I will create the archive and send it if you want.

-> Michael,
->
-> 1) Did you do a wcRepair (at least for the User database0?
->
-> 2) If this doesn't fix it, we will probably need a copy of your user
-> database. If you need to do this, follow these instructions:
->
-> - Stop Wildcat
-> - Open DOS window and CD to the wildcat folder
-> - Type the following:
->
-> zip marka-userdb data\users.* data\userconf.* data\userprof\*
->
-> Then login into the bbs and upload the zip file marka-userdb.zip. It
-> will only allow you to place it in the private upload area so only we
-> will see it.
->
-> However, if the wcrepair does not do it, then maybe having your user
-> files will allow us to repeat it. Its not all the files because the
-> users are tied to security files, so if need be we would need the
-> entire config\* and data\* to attempt to duplicate it.
->
-> But before we get this, lets see if the wcrepair works and if not,
-> lets see if getting just the user records will allow us to see whats
-> happening.
->
-> Thanks
