Hello,

I have been playing around with a FreeDOS VM and Binkd, but am stuck with an 
error message.

I try to execute Binkd with the following command line:

C:\BINKD>BINKD-1.EXE -P 4:801/188 binkd.cfg
  15:46 [2026] BEGIN, binkd/1.0a-318/DOS -P 4:801/188 binkd.cfg
 !15:46 [2026] sock_init: Permission denied

Is there anything else that might be needed?
