Maximus definately does some event handling; e.g. events01.bbs file; I know
it can run squish, turn yell on/off, etc. 
 
Thanks for reminding me that the mailer handles most of that for most
people, though -- I had really completely forgotten about that (there goes
that decade-old memory again, sigh)
 
This means as long as yell on/off works from events%02x.bbs that I don't
need to bother testing anything else. ;)
