If you are have a registered copy of the software, they are included on
the installation disks.  You will need to go into the install program
and tell it to install the WordPerfect configuration file.
If you are looking at the TSE Jr. 4.0 shareware version, the files were
not included in that version.  They are still included with the
registered version.
