I do the same here, although when the message didn't include a time/date in the
header at all, it seemed to have bypassed that check.

With that said, are you off by a day on your BBS machine? Your message arrived
here on 4/5/17 at 8:13AM (or in your case, 13:13 GMT), but was dated: Date:
Tue, 4 Apr 2017 13:13:28 GMT.

Or did it just take 24 hours to get here?
