I keep seeing these statements again and again. You are leaving out the
specific legal system to which you refer, you are leaving out the frame
of reference, is this the US, Britain, sudan or Japan?

In the US there are fifty states and fifty different marriage/divorce
laws based on different precedence and diffent laws. What system are
you speaking of? What country are you speaking of? What is the context
and frame work and which laws do you not like?
